Where do we ship to? Across Canada and the United States, however we do not ship to PO Boxes. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Where is my package mailed from? British Columbia and Ontario, Canada

When will my package be shipped? Once your order has been approved and paid, we will ship your package within the next 48 hours (if there are any kind of expected delays, you will be notified via email as soon as possible)

When will my package arrive? Your package will be sent via UPS (and on occasion Canada Post) and will typically take between 3-10 business days from the time it is mailed from our location*.

Do I need to sign for my package upon arrival? No. All packages are left at the door of your mailing address. In the case of a missing, stolen and or lost package, we are not responsible for any of those possibilities. We recommend you make arrangements in advance to ensure you receive your package safely.

What is the quality control of your mail outs? We value your business immensely and each mail out is unique. Every item in each package is carefully inspected before mailing out for any kind of damage or discrepancies to ensure that you receive exactly what you ordered.

What happens if we shipped you the wrong item or the item is damaged, what are the next steps? Please inform us immediately via our contact page https://www.grizzlysupplements.com/contact and provide the following details:

- What the issue is
- Item(s) ordered
- Date of purchase
- Full Name
- Address it was mailed to

We will then review your email and respond within 2 days (48 hours) We will notify you whether or not you are approved for a return and/or replacement. we will then email you an address the damaged or wrong item can be mailed to. In the event of a damaged item, we may request pictures as part of the review process.

- Customer must contact us within 3 days (72 hours) from the date your item was received in order to be approved for return

Please note all returned items must be:

- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Tags attached (where applicable I.E. hats)
- Undamaged
- In their original packaging where applicable
